How to do it

  1. 1Check that you received the targeted offer from CommBank via email or digital message, which specifies your eligible Everyday Transaction Account
  2. 2Between 15 Oct 2026 and 31 Jan 2027, use the CommBank debit card linked to that account (or via Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Wallet) to make at least 3 eligible streaming subscription payments directly with the provider
  3. 3The 3 payments can be from one subscription across 3 months, or from 3 different subscriptions, any amount
  4. 4Wait for the cashback: eligible customers will receive $30 within 60 days after 31 Jan 2027, shown as 'EverydayCashback'
Money-saving tip: If your subscriptions bill monthly, spread Netflix, Spotify, YouTube Premium etc. across the offer period to naturally generate 3 qualifying payments without extra spending.

Conditions

  • Only for customers who received the offer directly from CommBank; non-transferable
  • Payments must be made directly with the subscription provider using the eligible debit card; payments via third-party providers, prepaid cards, gift cards, or bundled billing arrangements don't count
  • Free trials with no charge, refunds, reversals, test or holding charges don't qualify
  • Business subscriptions, gaming, gambling-related, tobacco-related and other categories deemed ineligible by CommBank are excluded
  • If your eligible account is closed before the cashback is paid, you forfeit the reward
  • Transactions must be in AUD
